How It Got Started
As is always appreciated, I was sent this client via referral from another client of mine. They happen to run in some common circles and after a little back and forth, Dawn was put in touch with me to discuss how we might work together.
Our Plan
This project was simple and straight to the point on my end. Simply create a great website and turn it over to the client as usual. Since this client was a referral from a previous client of mine, I opted to offer a complimentary coaching session to help her acclamate to the new platform and start to formulate some of the short term milestones that she hopes to achieve.
Where We Are Today
Budd Consolidated continues to serve as the web manager for this client. Within the first week of launching her site, she's already closed some new clients and is well on her way to continuing to make a positive impact on the world! This is exactly why Budd Consolidated was founded for!

Our Initial Assessment Of The Project
Although the project itself was straightforward, the actual methodologies and services provided required a different approach to designing the flow of the site and the presentation/descriptions of said services. Given that all potential clients would be those who have experienced serious emotional traumas int he past, I took a focus on making sure that presentation all revolved around how working with Dawn can help them move forward with their lives.
Which Services We Provided To Drive Success
Website development and continued support on maintenance and alterations. Additionally, some business coaching services were provided on a complimentary basis in light of this client being a referral from an existing client of Budd Consolidated.
Our Focus Points
Keeping the web design presentable to the masses on what is essentially a very touchy set of subjects to potential viewers/clients. Another primary focus of mine for this project has been gradual coaching with the client to help prepare her in establishing workflows for client intake.
Turnover/Continued Support
Budd Consolidated continues to provide website maintenance services for this client. The week that their website was completed, a full turnover complimented with platform training was provided for both the domain and the website.
